Bryce Greenberg, MBA, who has been serving as Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions (RMUoHP) was promoted to Vice President of Enrollment Management effective January 2021.
Greenberg has worked for over twenty years in enrollment management, sales, and marketing, which he has used in his job at RMUoHP to help plan discussions and provide particular leadership in the design and implementation of university-wide marketing, recruitment, and enrollment practices that advance the mission and goals of the university.
Greenberg started his career in higher education in 1999 when he worked with the Center for Professional Education Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. “My responsibilities,” said Greenberg, “were marketing, admissions, and program fulfillment.” Since moving on from that position, Greenberg has worked with several other educational institutions as Director of Recruitment Operations, Business Director, Director of Marketing and Sales, and as a consultant.
When Greenberg came to RMUoHP, “I was employee number twenty something…When I first started our total enrollment was slightly under 150 students. Since then, we have garnered year-over-year record growth in new enrollments, resulting in substantial university-wide investments in facilities, faculty and staff headcount, and technologies.”
Some of the more impactful changes that have occurred at RMUoHP over the course of Greenberg’s career include the growth of admissions, marketing, and recruitment; the addition of program videos, how-to videos, and informational videos for new students; and the improvement of various university tools and marketing strategies such as electronic marketing ads, budget management, admissions processing, NSSLHA chapter connections, and much more.
It is these very advancements, according to Greenberg, that has positioned RMUoHP for success in providing healthcare education. “Through its continuing advances in technology, retaining exceptional faculty who really know their stuff and who can teach that information accurately and efficiently to the enjoyment and benefit of the students, and giving the necessary resources for functional departments to meet mission and vision goals–RMUoHP has managed to provide nothing less than an excellent healthcare education to its students.”
Under Greenberg’s supervision, Enrollment Management has grown to encompass three collaborative divisions. The Recruitment Office engages with and attracts potential students. The Student Marketing Office creates captivating content that engages prospective students and helps them make informed decisions about enrolling at RMUoHP. The Admissions Office facilitates and supports prospective students through the application and enrollment process.
When looking to the future, Greenberg advises students to give it their all here at RMUoHP. “We have two separate populations of students. One that wants to become a healthcare provider and one that wants to become an even better healthcare provider,” said Greenberg. “I hope that they truly apply what they have learned.”
Greenberg, as Vice President of Enrollment Management, focuses his department on empowering students to positively impact healthcare as they prepare and embark on their educational journeys.
