— Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions (RMUoHP) announced that Michelle Webb, EdD, OTD, OTR/L, CAPS, has been named the new Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness and appointed as a member of the Executive Council, effective November 1. In addition to her role as vice president, Webb will continue to serve as Co-Chair of the RMUoHP Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
Regarding her new role, Webb said, “I am excited to work across all academic and administrative departments in support of integrating assessment and continuous improvement initiatives. Working collaboratively helps ensure we share the full story of RMUoHP’s dedication to institutional effectiveness and to mission fulfillment.”
Prior to being appointed Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness, Webb served as the Director for Academic Assessment and as a faculty member within the PhD in Health Sciences program. She also served as the Program Director for the Doctor of Occupational Therapy program from July 2017 until December 2019.
As Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness, Webb will have responsibility within the areas of institutional research, accreditation, and special initiatives.

Webb received her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from RMUoHP in 2015 and her Doctor of Education degree with a concentration in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Argosy University in 2018.
She has a diverse background with a focus on leadership and administration, having worked in various director positions pertaining to postsecondary education. Webb is a licensed occupational therapist and certified aging-in-place specialist with over 25 years of healthcare experience.
