Daisy Rosado-Cantrell

Daisy Rosado-Cantrell, MS, became the chief of staff to the Office of the President at Rocky Mountain University in March 2023. In her role, Rosado-Cantrell assists President Cameron K. Martin manage the demands of his office, including representing him and the interests of the University to internal and external constituents. Additionally, as a member of the executive leadership team, she provides administrative support and strategic direction as well as manages institution-wide initiatives and relationships.

Rosado-Cantrell has had a distinguished career in the graduate medical education field for major healthcare systems and medical schools across the country. Prior to joining Rocky Mountain University, she served as the program director for health education and graduate medical education at MemorialCare’s Long Beach Medical Center. From 2015-2019, Rosado-Cantrell was the founding administrative director for graduate medical education at HCA Healthcare in Nevada. In this role, she oversaw leadership and organizational development for the health system, including the deployment of diversity, inclusion, and unconscious bias curriculum for professional development along with the accreditations of the Graduate Medical Education Consortium at Sunrise Health and medical education residency programs at two hospitals. Rosado-Cantrell was the graduate medical education coordinator with the University of Nevada School of Medicine from 2011-2014 and the founding family medicine residency coordinator at New York Medical College from 2010-2011.

She earned both a bachelor’s degree from Marist College and a master’s degree from Western Governors University in management and leadership development.
