Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions’ new MSN program is regionally accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU). However, it is not yet accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
RMUoHP is currently preparing for a site evaluation for final programmatic accreditation through the CCNE. Depending on the timing and results of our accreditation visit from the CCNE, students in the MSN program may need to complete the DNP (Post-Master’s)—for which we are CCNE accredited—to be eligible to sit for certification in their APRN specialty.
