Tuition and fees are payable in U.S. currency and are due on the published due date for each semester. There is no difference in tuition rates for in‐state or out‐of‐state students. Tuition rates for each new incoming cohort are assessed annually, and may differ from the currently published rates, as they are subject to change without notice. Most programs have a cost per credit rate lock once a student is enrolled, but if a student defers to a later cohort, they may be subject to an increased tuition rate.

Late Payment Fees

Tuition payments that are made after the published due date for a semester incur a late payment fee of $100.00.

 

Locked-in Tuition

Rocky Mountain University offers guaranteed tuition rates while completing your graduate degree. Our programs have a cost per credit rate lock once you are enrolled. Locked-in tuition helps you see your total cost from start to finish. If you defer to a later cohort start, you may be subject to an increased rate.

Students in the Healthcare Leadership and Administration concentration track and bachelor’s-prepared students who take theHLA 620 course will have a course fee of $115 for the HLA 620 course, which will be used to purchase a validated emotional intelligence assessment report.

Students in the Psychiatry concentration track will have a course fee of $200 for the PMH 790 course and a course fee of $200 for the PMH 795 course.

Discontinuance and Tuition Refund Policy

A student may withdraw from the University and apply for a refund of paid tuition and program fees by notifying the University Registrar. The student’s withdrawal date is the date of such notification. The amount of paid tuition and program fees refundable is based on the student’s withdrawal date and is calculated according to the following schedule:
