Daniel Pace is an assistant professor at Rocky Mountain University College of Optometric Medicine. Daniel grew up around eye care. He worked as a lab tech helping fabricate glasses during high school and later, in college, he worked as an optometric assistant in his father’s practice.
He graduated with distinction from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2000.
Since graduation, Dr. Pace worked with his dad for his first four years of practice and since 2011 with an associate, who happens to be his brother-in-law.
Professionally he enjoys full-scope family eye care including management of anterior segment disease, contact lenses, dry eye treatment, retinal disease, macular degeneration, and glaucoma.
Outside of work Dr. Pace enjoys spending time with family at home, at the lake, or in the outdoors. Occasionally, he is teased by his wife with that there are other places to vacation in the world besides Moab, Utah.
