Brittany Barhite

EdD

Brittany Barhite obtained her doctorate degree in Leadership Studies at Bowling Green State University. Her research focuses on leadership communication, virtual communication technologies, and employee engagement. Dr. Barhite is well experienced in online learning. She has taught organizational communication and leadership courses at Bowling Green State University, as well as communication classes both online and in the classroom at Owens Community College. Dr. Barhite was also the Chief Operations Officer of Zepf Center, a nonprofit healthcare organization focused on both mental and physical health care for the underserved. There she grew her knowledge on the healthcare industry and honed her leadership skills. Currently, Dr. Barhite is the Sr. Communications lead at the Fortune 500 company, Owens Corning and serves as a faculty member at Rocky Mountain University.
