Erin Faraclas

Assistant Professor

Dr. Erin Faraclas received her undergraduate degree and Masters Degree in Physical Therapy at American International College in Massachusetts. She later attended Temple University and was awarded a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2008. Erin obtained her Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist Certification (MSCS) in 2004. Since that time, Erin has spent her physical therapy career specializing in Multiple Sclerosis and other chronic neurological conditions. Erin spent over 12 years working at Utah Valley Hospital in the Neuro Trauma Rehabilitation Unit. More recently, Erin has blended her passion for helping those with a chronic condition with being a health and wellness coach. Erin is currently a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). In addition, Erin is an APTA Trainer for the Credentialed Clinical Instructor program and currently holds a leadership position on the APTA’s Population Health task force. Prior to moving to Massachusetts, Erin served on the Board of Health for Utah County, in Utah and was an APTA delegate for the state of Utah. Erin is a PhD candidate, with her concentration of study in Health Promotion and Wellness. Personally, Erin loves skiing, mountain biking, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her family. Erin lives with her husband and two young boys in Holden, Massachusetts.
