Jane Sullivan

Professor

Jane E. Sullivan, PT, DHS, MS is a Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy and Human Movement Sciences, Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois, where she teaches in the neurologic area of the DPT curriculum. Her research is in rehabilitation interventions and outcome measurement for adults with neurologic diagnoses.

Jane serves on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy as the Director of Education. She has developed online education modules hosted on the APTA Learning Center and on the ANPT Synapse Education Center. Jane teaches online/blended courses at Northwestern University, as well as several other universities/organizations.

Jane lives in suburban Chicago with her husband, a Clinical Psychologist. They have two adult children; a son who is a US Army veteran and lives in Montana, and a daughter with a background in behavioral healthcare who lives in Milwaukee. Jane and her husband are rabid music fans, having traveled all over the globe to see Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band!​
