Kimberly Davis

Dr. Davis received her BS in occupational therapy from the University of New England and her MS in occupational therapy from the University of New Hampshire. Her doctoral work was completed at Rocky Mountain University. In 2014, she completed a yearlong fellowship in the Leadership and Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) through the University of Maine Center for Community Inclusion and Disability Studies in partnership with the University of New Hampshire (UNH) Institute on Disability, and the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Her primary interests are in psychiatric occupational therapy and administration. Dr. Davis leads groups with the Bangor House and the Bangor Homeless Shelter, providing students an opportunity for clinical experiences that focus on mental health. She is actively involved in MEOTA, the state occupational therapy association taking office as President in January 2022. She is also active in AOTA, the national occupational therapy association, currently serving as a member of the Appeal Panel for the Ethics Office. In 2023, she was inducted into the American Occupational Therapy Roster of Fellows for Service and Leadership.
