Dr. Lexie Pfeifer received her post-professional Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Rocky Mountain University in 2018. She graduated with a masters degree in Occupational Therapy from The University of Kansas in 2013. Dr. Pfeifer returned to school with aspirations to teach and help guide the next generation of occupational therapists after having several fieldwork students that fueled her desire to teach. Her work focuses on the adult population in an acute care setting with emphasis on neurologic diagnoses. Dr. Pfeifer is a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Kansas OT Association.
