Natalie is an occupational therapist with nearly a decade of specialized experience in neurorehabilitation, particularly focusing on individuals recovering from brain injuries. With a rich background in clinical practice, Natalie initially honed her expertise at an adult day program where she developed an in-home OT program specifically designed for adults recovering from brain injuries. She later founded Vibrant Living Skills, a company that specializes in providing occupational therapy and physical therapy services for clients suffering from catastrophic injuries, including brain and spinal cord injuries, back injuries, and amputations, primarily within the worker’s compensation domain. In addition to her clinical endeavors, Natalie pursued a specialized certification to further her neuroscience education and became a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS). She is deeply involved in academic research and is currently in the dissertation phase of her PhD in Health Sciences at RMU, focusing her research on enhancing the quality of life for individuals after traumatic brain injuries. Natalie’s commitment extends to working with disabled veterans through the Wounded Warrior Program, reflecting her dedication to service and community outreach. Residing in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband and three young children, she enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and engaging in outdoor activities with her family, balancing her professional commitments with an energetic personal life.
