Rebecca is a licensed occupational therapist with over 25 years of experience across public schools, special education administration, and non-profit association management with a focus on strategic governance, professional ethics, and international issues. Rebecca has a history of volunteer service across a variety of local, state, and national boards, and governance bodies. She currently serves as Board Chair for Dandelion Meadow, a 501(c)3 offering a therapeutic community for women in substance use recovery. Rebecca is a Fellow of the American Occupational Therapy Association, an Award of Merit recipient of the Virginia Occupational Therapy Association, and received the 2006 Young Alumni Career Award from Shenandoah University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Virginia, a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Shenandoah University, and is a certified reinvention practitioner. Rebecca uses her passion to help individuals and organizations design and implement meaningful action plans for creating their preferred future, drawing upon her acumen for strategic and flexible futures thinking.
