Dr. Robert Krueger is an associate professor and doctoral capstone coordinator at Rocky Mountain University in the Post-Professional Doctor of Occupational Therapy program. Dr. Krueger has practiced as an occupational therapist, primarily in outpatient orthopedic and industrial rehabilitation settings, since 1990. He completed his post-professional OTD at RMU in 2010 and a PhD in 2019. He has taught occupational therapy as a tenure-track assistant professor in undergraduate and graduate-level programs at Western New Mexico University, Eastern Washington University, Pacific University, and Baylor University. His professional scholarly pursuits are in evidence-based practice (EBP) and health promotion & wellness in adults with risk factors for chronic illness. Dr. Krueger has published on EBP, reflective practice, and curriculum development. He has presented at the state and national level on EBP, reflective practice, and occupation-based practice in hand therapy.
