Stephen White

Dr. White grew up in Mapleton, Utah and attended Brigham Young University, graduating in Exercise Science.  He later attended Pacific University, graduating with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Following his graduate studies, he moved to rural Colorado where he spent the next several years practicing in critical access hospitals on the prairie side of the state providing health care services across a wide continuum of care. Dr. White is specialty certified by the ABPTS in Geriatrics. He also has certifications in ergonomics, dry needling, blood Flow Restriction and others. Dr. White’s ability to speak fluent Spanish provides him with many opportunities to serve underserved populations in the area.

He currently serves as Director of the Community Rehabilitation Center (CRC) and the Rocky Mountain University Physical Therapy Clinic (RMUPTC). The CRC is a pro-bono physical therapy clinic, for underserved populations under the Rocky Mountain University Foundation. In addition to this, he also teaches in the Doctoral Physical Therapy Program as an Assistant Professor.  

Dr. White enjoys playing/watching sports, traveling, movies and is a certified Kansas City Barbeque Society Judge. He lives in Mapleton with his wife, Stacey, and their 5 children.
