Lily S. Hsu, Ed.D. is the president of Labouré College of Healthcare (LCH) in Milton, Massachusetts. In this role, Dr. Hsu has combined her expertise in public health and healthcare programming, with her passion for building educational pathways for underserved populations. LCH is increasing representation across the Greater Boston healthcare workforce as the largest educator of registered nurses in Massachusetts with a 62% racially and culturally diverse student population.
Dr. Hsu served as provost at Johnson & Wales University and associate provost at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University. She holds an Ed.D. from Teacher’s College Columbia University in Health and Behavioral Studies, and a M.S. and B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Hsu is actively involved in the community and serves on several boards including the Carney Hospital Board, the Association of Independent College and Universities (AICUM) Board, the New England Commission on Higher Education (NECHE), and the ACE Women’s Network National Executive Council. She was recently elected to the South Shore Chamber board.
