Email Signature Generator

To ensure that RMU and its employees meet professional standards and appropriately represent the University, email signature lines need to be consistent. Using the university-approved template and guidelines ensures that the email signature line includes accurate and relevant information.

STEP 1

For best results, please use this generator on a desktop computer. 

Enter your personal information in the form below.

A few things to note:

  • Some items are optional (pronouns, additional credentials)
  • Please do not put periods between your credentials, use commas. (Ex. DPT, PhD)
  • Select the address(s) you need in your signature line
    • Remote employees & students are asked to use the RMU Tower
    • Faculty who teach and work in the clinics are asked to select both 
    • Staff who only work in the clinics will have the option to select only one

DO NOT: 

  • Modify the signature generated for you
  • Include any images, quotes, or messaging other than what is included

Step 2

Step 3

Below the form will be your new email signature. Please copy and paste it from the web browser and paste it into your Gmail signature template.
