Admissions

Admission Requirements

  • Be an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN)
  • Master of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited institution (or foreign equivalent)
  • Any transcript for which a nursing degree was conferred (if applicable)
  • Current unencumbered RN license in your state of residence
  • Have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Two letters of recommendation (The recommendations must come from a current or former supervisor or professional colleague who can comment on your ability to apply evidence in practice.)

Prior to starting your program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions Department of Nursing, you are required to provide evidence of your immunization status.

Current vaccination requirements include:

  • Hepatitis B
  • MMR
  • Varicella
  • TDap
  • COVID-19
  • Annual influenza
  • Annual TB testing
