Add/Drop Form
The Add/Drop Form lets you request changes to your course schedule during designated add/drop periods. All requests are reviewed by the Registrar’s Office and sent to your Program Director for approval.
The add/drop deadline is listed on the University Calendar.
Important information for late adds or drops:
- Any adds for second 8-week courses made after the add/drop deadline must be accompanied by a Student Appeal Form
- Courses dropped after the add/drop deadline will receive a W (Withdrawal) grade.
- Courses dropped after Week 8 will receive an AW (Administrative Withdrawal) grade, equivalent to a failing grade.
