Current students will sometimes need proof of enrollment at RMU. The following are the typical reasons and relevant processes for enrollment verification requests.

Students may request an official enrollment verification letter by emailing the Registrar’s Office at registrar@rm.edu with the recipient’s name and email address. The verification letter will include the student name and address, student enrollment status, start date, anticipated completion date, and program name.

Students may also send verification forms to be completed by the Registrar’s Office with the recipient’s name and address or email address. The official University seal can be added if required.

Third-party Enrollment or Degree Verification requests can be sent to the Registrar’s Office at registrar@rm.edu or faxed to and must be accompanied by a signed release form from the student/graduate. Verbal verification can be obtained by calling 801.375.5125 option 5.
