For the Hooding Portion of the ceremony, please note the following:

• Virtual graduate names will be read first.

• For on-site graduates:

  • Each graduate’s name will be read before they go on stage, so there will be a few seconds before they appear on the livestream to be hooded.

  • After that, they will appear on the opposite half of the livestream where they receive their diploma.
