Name Pronunciation
If you would like to provide your name pronunciation in advance of the ceremony, you may do one of the following by August 13th:
Use NameDrop (must set up a free account) to record yourself saying your name and send the resulting link to the Registrar.
Call 801.734.6816 (direct line for Gretel Cosman, Registrar) and provide the pronunciation over the phone or in a voicemail.
Name cards provided on the day of the ceremony will have space for writing your name using phonetic pronunciation.

Venue Diagrams: Parking, Processional Instructions & Line-up (2024)
(9:40 AM) Check-in time (table located just inside West Entrance)
Regalia that has not yet been picked up will be available in the Media Room on the Southeast corner of the first floor.
(10-10:15 AM) Processional instructions given just outside the West Entrance.
(10:30-10:50 AM) Processional lineup in the hallway just inside the West Entrance. See Processional Prep diagram for reference on where your program will be lined up (Program signs will be up on the walls).
(11 AM) Ceremony (Main Arena)
Immediately following the ceremony, photographers and University Faculty, Program Directors, etc. will be available outside the West Entrance for any photo opportunities you would like!
